A short introduction of myself. My name here would be Rainbow, because i love COLOURS!
I'm female, currently a student (and very much broke).
I'm passionate about food. Yeah, i'm not passionate about eating. Just looking at food, watching people cook and watching people eat makes me happy. I love collecting food brochures and flyers and going around restaurants to look at the menu pictures *w* Call me weird, i can't deny i'm not.

YAY sushi rice! Yup, this is from the bento box from this dinghy little store in Tampines. I love how the rice and the seasoning is so addictive. I'll post up other details of the shop later.


And that? It's their local hybrid of sushi, they call it the nasi lemak.
(Actually the name nasi lemak kind of totally defeated the purpose because nasi lemak actually means something along the lines of coconut rice, which was replaced by uh.. Sushi rice?)
It's basically a tiny slice of cucumber, sambal chilli paste, white fish bait (to replace the common ikan-billis), and a quail egg for size 8D


Aww look at it.. All packed up in a sushi box. So cute right? This nasi lemak gunkan is selling at just 70 cents per piece! Pretty cheap considering the amount of work involved to make one of those.
